Prompt 1      When it comes to my personal Dos and Don'ts of social media, for my don'ts, I like to think about what I post before sharing, I do not mix my personal life with business, I make sure not to use social media before I go to sleep, and to never have personal information on social media. When I first had social media, I was young and dumb. I had no thought of if I was giving people too much information when I went on rants on Facebook or when I would post cringe shirtless pictures of me, thinking I was the man, as people left me comments, such as,"Put a shirt on"!. Now that I am more mature, I always make sure that what I post does not offend anyone, does not give them to much personal information, or something that will just embarrass myself.                  I have found this week’s reading to be very informative in its explanation in social media broadcasting and other industries. Social media broadcasting is something that I have been heavily involved in without even knowing. From going on Instagram profiles to watch clips from my favorite shows to browsing YouTube, I have my fair share of viewing the social media broadcasting. Social media broadcasting is the broadcasting of shows, music, and entertainment on social media platforms to get Viewers/Listeners more involved with their favorite industries. EWOM and Ecosystems: LJ 9

  I found this week's readings very intriguing, going to very good details about social media ecosystems and EWOM (electronic word of mouth). I had no idea what EWOM meant at first but it is just a Word of mouth or a kind of review. A review can be considered an EWOM or comments you see under a TikTok of someone explaining a product. Personally, I always use EWOM when buying a product, or trying to find something to watch. EWOM is especially useful and can keep people from blindly watching or purchasing something and being extremely disappointed. EWOM is greatly beneficial to both consumers and companies as well. According to Luca in Reviews, Reputation, and Revenue: The Case of Yelp.com, “A one-star increase can lead to a 5-9 percent increase in revenue for restaurants”.
